Our story

EVOTESS

More than just a start-up

We are built on 30+ years of proven experience in building materials logistics. And backed by INFORM, the pioneer in digital decision-making.

No one optimizes more trucks in the building materials industry. No one comes close.

What powers us

AI under the hood

At the core of everything we do is the powerful combination of modern AI, Operations Research (OR), and machine learning (ML), turning complexity into instant, optimized decisions at scale.

Our history

We’ve come a long way

In 1994, Redland (now part of Holcim) became the first aggregates producer to adopt our solution. Hanson Australia (Heidelberg Materials) followed in 2001. Since then, many others have used our algorithms, real-time data, and automated decision-making to optimize their truck fleets.

Our Management Team

Thomas Bergmans

Co-CEO

Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and began his career in 1991 developing a Windows PC-based concrete batching system.

In 2001, he joined INFORM as Head of Road Solutions. He later advanced to Senior Vice President of INFORM’s Logistics Division, where he helped ready-mix concrete, cement, aggregates, and asphalt producers worldwide optimize their logistics operations and improve performance.

His supply chain expertise is frequently tapped by industry media and associations. Long before anyone else, he authored articles on the use of AI in building materials logistics.

In May 2026, Thomas was appointed Co-CEO of EVOTESS.

Dr. Lars Lambrecht

Co-ceo

Lars is an expert for digital transformation and optimization of production and logistics processes.

Previously, as co-founder and managing director of engidesk GmbH, Lars gained many years of experience in the design and implementation of smart services, processes, and products, including predictive maintenance solutions and industrial IoT projects.

He joined INFORM in 2022 as Head of Road Transport, where he helped ready-mix concrete, cement, aggregates, and asphalt producers worldwide optimize their logistics operations and improve performance.

In May 2026, Lars was appointed Co-CEO of EVOTESS.
